The 9/11 Memorial and Museum
Rendering by Squared Design Lab
As our security enforcement and habits continue to grow, one must never forget a major reason of why we are forced to do so: the September 11 attacks of 2001. With the passing of the ninth anniversary, construction continues at one of the most important sites in the world, REGAL is extremely honored to be involved with and providing support to the National September 11 Memorial & Museum.
For the past several years, REGAL has supported multiple government agencies in the design flow of facilities around the world. One of their core capabilities is to model and simulate designs in pre-construction planning. With that said, REGAL is proudly utilizing their skills and expertise by supporting the 9/11 Memorial Museum with the queuing and screening requirements for the museum. REGAL believes that this site is one of the most important landmarks in the nation, and will support its mission to make it one of the safest.
The 9/11 Memorial & Museum is taking every step to ensure that each guest's experience will not only be a memorable visit, but a safe visit. The Museum is expecting over 9,000 visitors each day and will accomplish this through reservations and pre-ordered tickets.
From the minute the guests enter the museum they will be a part of history. Aside from the site itself and a Memorial Exhibition dedicated to the 2.982 victims of the terror attacks of 2001 and February 26, 1993, artifacts on display include the "survivor stairs," the "last column," and the foundation footings of the original towers. REGAL is extremely proud to be a part of this historic event and invites everyone to learn and see more at www.national911memorial.org.
